or well, cloud is looking at doors. molly can be doing whatever. cloud's about to open door #10, because rng thinks giving molly head wounds is funny, and he pauses when he notices molly. ]

Probably the exit to this place is behind one of these clearly marked doors, right? Might as well try.

I really doubt we'd be that lucky, but it's not like we've got anywhere else to look.

[ and so open it goes! and without even trying to step inside they are now both in a room with nothing but a table with a gun on it.

Think the most shocking part is that it took this long. [ this is a normal amount of time, but also, is it, because their concept of time got so fucked up with the doors where time passes but doesn't. oops. ]

Have to admit I was half holding out hope for something else. You never know? Or I suppose you do always know, and then get proven right. Gets tiring.

There wasn't really any chance of it, but I don't think anyone would've been disappointed in being proven wrong. [ he is just kind of :/ about it himself. ] If patterns hold, we're right back to finding back who did it tomorrow.

I mean, proven entertainers, right? For the first one. We know how this goes, bound to be interesting. As for the second ... I don't know. They've given us the dreams, but it feels real immaterial to me.

... Maybe. But I'm sure a lot of people aren't willing to gamble on the dreams not being real with what's at stake for them. That might be what happened here.

... Last time I was in one of these, we managed to bring everyone back. A little more pissed off, a little weirder, but you know. Alive. Well enough.

That's another one. If they think everyone will just get to come back anyway... They might think killing them isn't that big a deal.
