[he pulls with his noodle arms, and because rng was kind to them it's halfway rotted off already, so it comes off easily. he turns and tosses it towards the shark, and while it doesn't really hurt (since it just kind of floats harmlessly, they're underwater, help), it does startle it enough that it stops for precisely long enough for them to get through. last time cloud shoved him in, so this time he pushes him forward first.]

[ cloud touches the treasure and... the shark eats them the end.

no, they wind up back in the hallway, soaking wet, and cloud coughs up some water. there is no treasure in sight :( ]

... Could've at least let us keep the treasure.

[ he's immediately trying to wring out the water from his clothes. there's so much water everywhere. the carpet will be ruined if there's any. ]

[he's just going to lay here for a second. housekeeping can clean up the horrible mess they're currently making it. they've earned it, probably.]

Yeah, not really surprised they couldn't even do us one solid.

[ he takes off a small fish out of a pocket. it turns into more water in his hand ]

[ he looks at his left arm critically. then he looks over at rupert's lack of an eye ]

No, but I doubt that was any good for either of us.

Maybe the fact that we could breathe in it means it was entirely magical water and we will not come to regret this at all...?

[ he shifts his weight and everything goes squish in that gross wet sound that wet clothes do ]

[he gets up, though, running his hands through his hair to at least shake off the excess water there.]
