Guess that explains why he's so friendly. How long has it been now?

Uh... Two months in the school, and then four months back home, so - six altogether now.

So you'd just gotten the dragon when you went to that murder school?

Yeah, about a day or two before. So he was really young when we both got there.

Yeah... But there's a lot more space back home, so I think he liked it a lot better there. Hopefully it'll get less cramped here as the weeks go by.

Fair. [ scritchies the dragon more ] If they're breaking anything in there, it's not sticking around, so they might not be that mad about it.

Well, hopefully they're not breaking anything in the first place... Although I guess nobody has to live there anymore.

I've been on the other side of dealing with messes. So long as no one breaks anything important, I don't see how it's a big deal.

... There's a lot we couldn't influence. I guess that part was frustrating. You might know more [ or Think you know more. ] but in the end, you don't really get a say in how things play out.

Yeah... I don't know about yours, but in ours, even if we did know more than others - not everyone could necessarily tell people. Was that the case with you?
