Nail bats are good for beating people up, but it's just gonna pop a baseball if you take a swing at one like that.

The former. A bunch of kids made it for me as thanks. [ i wish i was kidding but no that's the lore. you do a mission for kids and they give you a nail bat. ] Not really my kind of weapon, but I used it for a while so it didn't go to waste.

Nah, a personal thing. Been pretty busy dealing with... everything. [ being in a coma and experimented on for five years, not that remembers, it's fine, no one needs to think about that. speaking of thinking pick a memory mood ] They run some gambling sports out in the desert last I heard, so I wouldn't say they're totally against it.

Huh, gambling's a way different attitude than actual sports sports though, if they're the type who like sitting around at tables, maybe baseball won't be for them.

I have no clue why that house was there. But we went into that tournament to get a letter of recommendation from someone named Madam M. Had to win all the matches as her entrants to get it. Boosts her rep, she gets part of the winnings, we get the letter. That kinda deal. The house was a bonus round added at the end to keep things interesting. She was just as pissed about it as we were.

But yeah. Mission thing. Had to get three letters total to be let in. It was a drag.

Not an option. We needed to get information from the guy. Had to get in the official way, without alerting the entire sector in his control of what we're after. [ a beat ] Definitely considered it, though.

I'm going back to school. I used to go when I was a bit younger but that got derailed 'cause of reasons, but now I'm back, so I recently enrolled again.

Tried the one-off thing. It kind of spiraled out on me. I'd say it's more luck than anything on purpose.

Haven't exactly gotten the time to try solo-adventures again since. It's only been about two weeks back home.

Hmmhmm, I think they're pretty fun. Damn, if only there were better ways to do something like that around here... those group field trips definitely suck ass and are totally designed to fuck you over, so that's not great. I sure as hell don't really wanna go on one of those alone.
