[ he is rude even during affection week and doesn't answer, but considering there is a knock at her door not long after, it is not a mystery why there's no answer. hello let him into the fairy princess room thank you ]
Estelle opens the door and cheerfully allows him in. There are even more flowers than before? There's a vase of flowers on the desk and another vase on the table.]
First of all... Did you learn anything more about the keys?
I had the fortune of encountering two people who also received one.
I found out that the "C" and "E" keys were given out this last Sunday. But instead of having to wait a week, like me, they were able to use them on Monday -- the same time we used the "G" key.
Didn't think to ask what letters they got. But they went on Monday, too. It sounds like all the keys might have changed this week even if they weren't distributed at the same time.
Mikazuki didn't say, but he went with Tsurumaru. Jason went in Aquila's. [ he tilts his head ] Jason didn't receive a key, though, Rupert did and gave it to him. Didn't think he was the right person for it. Mikazuki just found it in his room.
Before, when Claude and Sebastian found the housekeeping room, they mentioned they saw eight keys, labeled A through H... but there was a flash of light, and they disappeared. These must be the same keys... so all of this must have started after that.
[ he will squeeze her hand back? I hate affection week. it's adorable and she'll be so confused when it ends. ]
... It's what makes the most sense. Mikazuki wasn't convinced when I didn't get one, but I don't think that means anything. [ despite all the redacteds existing. ] So the new flowers, what do they mean?
[ hmmm. he looks at them with a pensive frown on his face ]
... Jason had this theory early on. That maybe we're all in a dream right now. [ he looks back at estelle ] I don't know if that's what it means or if we should be placing that much faith in flower meanings. I don't know if anyone down there even knows those. But I wouldn't count it out, either.
[She looks around. It, uh, kind of seems all the more believable considering her fairytale-looking room. Hm.]
I can't deny it's possible...
When I talked about it with Rupert, though, we were thinking that maybe... maybe those dreams people have on Thursday nights, the ones with personal meaning that have nothing to do with the murders, might have some significance.

Yeah, I got two people too. If we're lucky, they won't be the same one.

[That part's news to her.]
Mikazuki had the "C" key. And the "E" key was someone else. So that's at least four keys that were distributed...
no subject
[ hrm. ]
Still not sure why, though.

[ hrm. he looks over at the flowers again ]
Those are new.

I received these yesterday.
[And a nod to the vase on her desk...] And those on Sunday.
You said you talked to Mikazuki... Did he mention anything about flowers?

In his, "think of the dearly departed"... and in mine, "think of me"...
It has to be them, right?

Anyway, she stands up and points to the different flowers in the arrangement.]
Celandine, for "future joy." Purple columbine, for "resolve to win." And white clover! It can mean "think of me," or... "promise."
no subject
[ there's the slightest smile on his face ]
Sounds like at least they had good intentions.
no subject
Oh, but there was something else that our arrangements seemed to have in common...
[She's looking at the vase on the desk -- the flowers from Sunday.]
no subject
... What was it?
no subject
[She gets up and goes over to the other vase, lifting up some violet flowers that don't appear to have fully opened yet.]
Closed gentians. Both of these flowers can be used to mean "sweet dreams."

[ which is. whew. what an idea. ]
I thought they said most of them had some kind of personal meaning.

What little I heard, it just sounded... like a horrible nightmare.
