But people couldn't get out of the simulation if they were dead, so we ended up working hard to bring them back so we could all get out alive. ... Then the the guy who programmed it gave us one last congratulations before handing out prizes.

Didn't think it important to share. He did say it got out of hand, but... I don't know how much of that was true and how much of it was him being an asshole.
