Fine. I have found you to be a reliable, agreeable person, and I have-- enjoyed your company. It is a relief to be able to discuss my own home with one who does not need to ask endless questions to understand it, and to know similar worlds must exist which are less likely to be the eventual pieces of my own, but... beyond that, it is simply easier to speak with you in general than most. I find your company somewhat comfortable.

...and I do not think I have been there for Lup enough, in the ways I have tried to be. Perhaps simply not in the right ways at all. I can admit that I am-- not particularly skilled, in dealing with others. But it seems as if perhaps you are capable of it, and given our apparent future ties, that is another form of relief. When Estelle told me she had taken you with her to investigate one of the staff rooms, I was confident I needn't be concerned for her well-being after, as well.
